The Chemistry Department is pleased to announce the Second Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium to be held Saturday, April 29th. The symposium will showcase undergraduate research in the department with two poster sessions and brief oral presentations. Graduating honors students (including College and Chancellor’s scholars doing chemistry research) are encouraged to give a short talk. We are planning for a half-day event kicked off with a lunch and ending with dinner, a keynote address from Dr. William Grover (University of California, Riverside), an alumnus of our department, and an awards ceremony. Participating students are encouraged to invite their parents to attend. Lunch and dinner will be provided by the department for all participants (students, parents, and faculty).
The abstract booklet for this year’s symposium is now available here.
