Undergraduate Research Symposium

The Chemistry Department is pleased to announce the First Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium to be held Saturday, April 30th. The symposium will showcase undergraduate research in the department with two poster sessions and brief oral presentations. Graduating honors students (including College and Chancellor’s scholars doing chemistry research) are encouraged to give a short talk. We are planning for a half-day event kicked off with a lunch and ending with dinner, a keynote address from Dr. Eugene DePrince (Florida State University), an alumnus of our department, and an awards ceremony. Participating students are encouraged to invite their parents to attend. The price of the dinner is $30/person.
